Day 4 whole30; complete. I just need to go to sleep before I get the munchies! Had a very busy and tiring day today with my little girl's birthday party, my baby boy's actual b-day and my other little guy's activities . . . and this strange but not so strange way of eating!
Join me in the whole30!!! I think it works! I've also been spending a lot of time on poshmark! visit me there too....
I ate 8 little strawberries and 8 macadamia nuts and a cup of decaf earl grey; my stomach was in knots. A bit better now......
whole30 does not require you to log your foods but now i'm going to do it because maybe i ate tooooo much today? or was it a reaction to the nuts???

I looked up whole 30 really liked it , have been trying to do without sugar sooo hard I have a sugar attack every afternoon I would like to give it a try for 30 days
