Damn. WTF??

Had a separation in one of my incisions so I'm back to my week one restrictions for exercises, which means none. I knew that was going to slow me down, but a week now. Damn. Damn. Damn. Maybe I'm not eating enough?
167.6 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
