Weighed in at about 240 today, which is about where I expected. Down about 4 more pounds over 2 weeks. I did not think the weigh in last week was accurate, so this will show as a slight increase.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
