Today I am feeling good again eating right... kind of slipping on the choosing foods, but it has to do with being at the end of the week and needing to go shopping to get the right things to snack on. But the walks have been good, still exhausted when I get back and out of breath , but I did notice recovery was quicker today! and I was up doing my daily chores.
