I have been "bad" since my birthday in November and over the holidays, not horrible, but bad. Back on low carb high fat as of today. I am surprised I did not gain more.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
