I logged everything I ate.
I walked 1 mile 4 of 7 days,(bad weather).
I weighed in and lost 2 lbs.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
