last night got in chest,shoulders and Triceps after kids went to sleep, and then cardio x this morning. So feel caught up even though I am still a day behind, this am should've been back and biceps which will be tomorrow. My back was alittle sore this morning from the new 8lb weights I used last night for some of the reps but just worked through it the best that I could. lol- I was adding my food for last evening and by the time I was done it said 2500 calories, I about freaked out! looks like instead of 6 oz I put 6 cups of milk. I had meant to use skim milk and put 2% in the sippy cup for toddler tomorrow but think i used 2% in my smoothie,not sure so logged it as such. still not a bad day calorie wise. I could see 144.5 by Monday. really trying not to weigh at all this week.
