Started the new year off great with a 1.5 mile jog outside this morning, then did a few planks, then a few weighted squats, then a few bicep curls, etc. Feel positive energy flowing for this new year of 2015. Grateful. #Peace&Love. :-D
154.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
