Okay so when I'm tired I engorge myself... I probably consumed damn near 3k calories yesterday. No worries though! Today is a new day! And I have a ton of shit I have to get done.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 May 2011:
1449 kcal Fat: 26.11g | Prot: 208.18g | Carb: 94.27g.   Breakfast: coffee, greek yogurt, super protein, dole frozen sliced strawberry, half and half fat free, orange juice. Lunch: Progresso Light Pot Roast, 45 calorie bread. Dinner: fat free cheddar, radish, grated carrots, kraft light balsamic vinaigrette, ragu traditional, Feta Cheese Organic Valley, weight watchers four cheese, cherry tomato, fat free mozz, organic girl herb baby, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: fage, dole frozen strawberry slices, super high protein , Arctic Zero. more...
