Okay so when I'm tired I engorge myself... I probably consumed damn near 3k calories yesterday. No worries though! Today is a new day! And I have a ton of shit I have to get done.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 May 2011:
1449 kcal Fat: 26.11g | Prot: 208.18g | Carb: 94.27g.   Breakfast: orange juice, super protein, greek yogurt, half and half fat free, coffee, dole frozen sliced strawberry. Lunch: Progresso Light Pot Roast, 45 calorie bread. Dinner: chicken breast, weight watchers four cheese, cherry tomato, ragu traditional, fat free mozz, organic girl herb baby, kraft light balsamic vinaigrette, Feta Cheese Organic Valley, fat free cheddar, radish, grated carrots. Snacks/Other: super high protein , dole frozen strawberry slices, Arctic Zero, fage. more...
