Ok...w/ the holiday season, the colder weather and working from home it's just been too easy to go to the fridge and pull something out at any given hour of the day. My goal is still 170. I almost reached this goal (172), after starting at 193 a couple of years ago but took a week long trip to Hawaii last summer and regressed. Overall, I'm still down 12 lbs, but I know I can do better.
On the plus side, I've been eating nothing but Oatmeal for breakfast for the last 3 months. This should help w/ the cholesterol and I continue to exercise (cardio and upper body work) 5 days a week.
Bottom line is Fat Secret really works if you stick to it and document your daily intake religiously.
