So yesterday I decided to start this "diet" thing again. Like many others... new year... hit all time high. I hope I keep up the motivation and stamina to make this work. I have a 120lb goal weight. Yesterday I ate within my alloted calories and did well. Let's get this thing started!!!

Good for you, small suggestion dont diet make lifestyle changes or learn to eat in the real world you will always have temptations just pick and choose the correct ones at the correct times and you will succeed :)
