Well, all my tracking macros fell apart last week. I was off the entire week and everyday I started out good - eating my protien and my carb, and I had good snacks and meals planned....but life got in the way. So I guess maybe they were not planned quite well enough. Trying to get back on track this week. I made crockpot chicken last night to have for lunches - assuming my boyfriend doesn't eat it all today. Yea, that happens a lot too. I cook healthy meals to have for the week and ever portion them out, but then he will go in and eat 2 to 3 of my portions at a time! That sucks! I swear, that is why I should just stay single forever! LOL.
