Back from the holiday with a slight water gain, but that will be gone by my weigh-in on Friday.

For those who watch my exercise blog closely, My wife managed to get her hands on a pre-release Fitbit ChargeHR which isn't coming out until sometime in 2015 for Christmas. It has a heart rate monitor that uses 2 LED lights and a photo cell of some kind to read your heart rate, and I must say; it seems to be very accurate. So on top of my reps, sets, and weights I will now be adding workout duration and calories burned to my posts.

Since my last post I have done:

Thursday: Shoulders/calves/abs: 56:00 424 Calories
Friday: Back/Abs: 63:00 437 calories
Saturday: Biceps/Calves/Abs: 76:00 537 calories
