very happy today woke up losing 2lbs, now at 180 my lowest weight ever, feeling wonderful after a 10 hour sleep, and only eating 650 calories yesterday with no animal products whatsoever. feel that i'm on my way to becoming a vegetarian.
the new at work exercise routine of climbing 49 stories per night, walking continously without a break for 8 hours, definitely kicked in to boost my metabolism and the weight is dropping like a rock now, on top of becoming vegetarian i wake up feeling like a teenager.

hope i can at least stay on this vegetarian diet permanently if not it may take some time to become completely vegetarian.
