I think I would have lost a little more were it not for the holiday treats. I am eating oatmeal for breakfast...sometimes dinner. And a piece of fish or tilapia and salad for lunch. I have a midmorning and evening yogurt, rice cake, nuts or banana. I have been drinking diet cokes again...for some reason..since drinking them I have no craving for chocolate or sweets. I started smoking again day before christmas eve....holiday stress. But intend to quit again on new years...on new years I will also stop taking the vivarin tablets I have been taking every morning to get going since I don't drink coffee and had not been drinking the cokes. I bought ginseng, turmeric and gingo bilboa to start on new years as well. I am also taking myself off 3 rx meds...two which cause weight gain. I am trying a more herbal and holistic approach to treating my bipolar disorder. Wish me luck.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
