for the last 2 nights took mid-nite sleeping pill,
normally can work good to help sleep, but neck pain
last night kept me waking after 3:30am over 10 times
in the next 3 hours.
the prior night I'd taken one ambien with the Mid-Nite pill
so no pain, & 7 hours good sleep.
146.3 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
