Everyone have a merry Xmas an happy new year.i changed my goal weight today. I weigh 159 an want to get to 155 instead of my perilous goal. Ww goal is 165 ,I decided my perilous goal of 148 was unrealalistic for me. I was down to that when my husband passed. Now my life is changed an I am where I was perilous to his illness.good luck to everyone an a healthy new year. ,,hugs
