You can't move the scale around like that. You will get different readings. Scales should be kept on one place on a hard level surface for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Find a good spot for it and keep it there. Find an object you know the weight of and put it on the scale to test its accuracy. I put a couple of handweights on there (like two 8 pound weights). Scales are also all calibrated differently and you can weigh something different on each one. You should weigh within a few pounds of each other though. Sounds like you are doing great. Weigh in the same time of day, same clothes, same everything for the most accurate weight gauge. Your shifting water weight will cause the scale to up and down all day long. Things like sodium, exercise, being sick, hormones, medications, inflammation, stress, and many more effect our water weight and the scale.
