So I'm finally feeling that I might have a handle on this weight loss thing. I know I have to move more. I have been eating more than the 1200 calories, but still moving more - and I have been beginning to see some weight loss. Not a lot, but hopefully as I keep moving it will continue to come off. I really don't want to have to go back on a "diet" again. I just want to eat what I feel like eating within reason and eat healthy.
