Well...no loss and no gain. I am okay with that. I blame a lot of the gain I did have on it being that time of the of the month. Let's just hope that I can be rid of it just as quickly. >< At least it seems like I got the eating under some control and I am rather enjoying the new workout routine so far.

I have a lot that I need to do today in preparation of tonight...with it being the Winter Solstice and all. I just hope I can get it all done. So much to do and to top it off I have to go to my sister's to make Christmas cookies with the kids and ugh...so much to do today! @_@
