Ate a little more than I had intended yesterday but I did run for 30 minutes and stretched for a hour. Camaryn was up all last night complaining that her stomach hurt so today I am exhausted. I will not be exercising today but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
