Ate a little more than I had intended yesterday but I did run for 30 minutes and stretched for a hour. Camaryn was up all last night complaining that her stomach hurt so today I am exhausted. I will not be exercising today but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1736 kcal Fat: 44.94g | Prot: 85.84g | Carb: 256.17g.   Breakfast: coffee, morning star sausage patty, banana, nutrisystem blueberry muffin, half and half fat free. Lunch: cherry tomato, nutrisystem minestrone, marketside herb mix, water, boca burger, snow peas, ketchup, Grated Carrots, water, water, radish, kraft light balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner: grated carrots, radish, nutrisystem vegetable lasagna, snow pea, extra virgin olive oil , marketside herb mix, cherry tomato. Snacks/Other: peanut butter, nutrisystem coconut almond, reduced fat ritz, fage greek yogurt, banana. more...
