Yum alert! While perusing the cheeses today at the market, I found Alouette Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Spread - 70 calories and 3 carbs for 2 tbsp. I spread some on a sheet of graham crackers and thought I had died and gone to heaven. And there is a dollar off coupon on the Alouette website...
