Stress eating at night :(
159.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's no good, try doing something with your hands to keep busy, knit, crochet, cross stitch.

Honey, it IS stress eating! I know you got a lot going on right now, and honestly I know I have been stress eating with the holidays!!! But I tell myself this is a temporary situation and the new year will bring a renewed effort!
