Cannot believe it. After two nights of Xmas get gatherings, I haven't gained a pound. On the other hand, I did really reduce the calories beforehand during the day, so that must be the answer for these last 2 days. Back on track again! Counting calories and intake using Fatsecret is really a good thing. Hard to believe how fast the calories can add up.
