After what I had yesterday I'm definitely not surprised. Will I ever be able to behave with my food?
Or at least having a minimum of self control on days when I eat outside?
129.4 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
