Mondays turns out to be a really bad day for me to weigh, so I thought I would try posting more often.
244.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1077 kcal Fat: 61.96g | Prot: 94.77g | Carb: 34.03g.   Lunch: Tomato Paste, Daisy Light Sour Cream, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Muir Glen Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, Mario Sliced Black Olives, Onions, Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Kraft Natural Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Balsamic Vinegar, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Atkins Advantage Mocha Latte Shake. more...
