Discouraging. Hormonal changes and illness aside... The weight was higher at dr office but with very heavy winter boots on. Subtracted 1.5lbs for each.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
