This is the first day since trying kickboxing workout that I can walk without burning pain in my legs. The bike workout this morning hurt and had to be backed down to complete it.
I've been tempted to emotional eat since Sunday. Its hard to know what to do to fill that need of comfort that food provided for so long. I can't turn to anyone to vent to, too cold and wet to work it out on the trails with the bike.
Oh to have someone that can say, let's go do this or simply say you will be ok.
It would be nice to have just one person to be on my side. Maybe I wouldn't feel that the entire world is against me at very freaking turn. The great wonders of depression reducing whatever little bit of strength I have not to sink to the bottom of that darkness.
