Yesterday I woke up with a b/s of 33 and ate several smallish cinnamon graham crackers. Ugh. I stayed on my program for the rest of the day, but was having cravings. It's better today but not 100%. Weight is not moving!
Yesterday I had pork roast for lunch and buffalo chicken strips for dinner.
Today -- plain hamburger with mustard for lunch and rotisserie chicken for dinner.
