It's day 31 for me. I've done really well in terms of sticking to my plan. The weight loss itself has been slow. But consistent. I only weigh-in once a week on Friday, so I have a few days left this week. I have several eating events to go to before Friday. I hope that doesn't ruin the weigh-in. Eating out makes me blow up like a little water balloon. I guess from all the salt?!
I'm doing a challenge, and the challenge for this week is to have veggies with every meal. Since I'm on Atkins, that shouldn't be a problem..what the hell else am I going to eat? But success for today on that!
