I hope to get on others' journals this weekend. Doing well, getting over a migraine. I am editing the western now, lots of work, but I will definitely have three books done hopefully by summer's beginning and then I can even send out all the books separately until I get some type of publishing deal. The dog is doing well, she will get groomed hopefully next week...  

your tip of weighing everyday and recording it is something i have been doing for several months now..i print out a calendar the first day of each month to record my weight on..an then at end of the month i save it in a drawer not sure why i save em... 

Thanks loosin' for the encouragement. Today I got up at noon after working nights. I did not get enough sleep so will go to bed early. I did go to the store and did a little walking, the downtown area is very crowded today, they had a Pride Parade - yes, in my small town - its been going on since the 70s, we have the largest alternative lifestyle population per capita for women in the USA in my town, the county is number 1 too. I went to get something at the herb store downtown and you can hear an outdoor speaker system well over a quarter-mile away where they're partying. I think I was born in the most liberal town in the most liberal state... Anyway, tomorrow peace will return if it isn't raining too much then I will try to go for a long walk. Does anyone know of a solution for back pain regarding nerve burning? 

No rain today like they said we might get, just unpredictable weather forecasting. Hopefully nice the next week ahead, its looking better now than before. Sometimes they just can't predict things like the weather all that well, I wonder if anyone checks how untrue the seven-day forecasting can be...
