OK, so Saturday morning I was down to 157.5 lbs! Woo hoo...then Saturday night we went to Outback (date without the kids). Yes, I ate some bread and butter, yes I had two beers and yes I ate some coconut shrimp. But I had the 6 ounce steak and veggies and NO dessert. And earlier that day I did not eat lunch but rather snacked on grapes all day in antipation of dinner at Outback.....even so, come Sunday morning I am back up to 159...held at 159 today despite some heavy yard work this weekend.

Lost so far: 15.0 lb.
Still to go: 5.0 lb.
Diet followed poorly.

Any time you eat, you will most likely gain from the enormous amounts of sodium they put in he food. Drink pleny of water and stick to your plan 100%, it will most likely be back down in a few days.

That is eat "out" not just eat, lol! Restaurants put a lot of sodium in their food.

Aahhh, thanks, I forgot about the sodium! That is why Fat Flush diet works so well. It is a super low sodium diet. Not doing fat flush currently, so have to pay attention to the salt intake. And the darn restaurant food well certainly do it to you.
