I've been gaining quite a bit of weight in the last 6 months or so and I've written journal entries where I've tried to get back on track but I forgot how I lost the 107 pounds to begin with. I wasn't obsessed with getting the body I ended up with, I was just trying to balance myself out and feel better and lately I haven't been feeling well and instead of connecting the dots I've just gotten depressed with how I look. How I look doesn't matter! It's about my health and how I feel. I used to look better but I had started feeling bad all over again. Who cares about the number! Do I feel good? So! I won't put a deficit calculation or anything yet. I just want to concentrate on feeling better and after my workout I feel a little better than I have so I'm going to try and keep this up :-)
