Today is December 15. I currently weigh 163. I would like to set a goal to be 159 by Jan 1. In the next three weeks I believe I can do it. But I must be disciplined to eat wiser and make myself exercise. In the evenings is great but mornings will be even better. I pray for success in my goals.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
