Lost 1.8 pounds this week, things are going great with weight loss. I'll probably add in blueberries now, as I added in strawberries last week with no problems (only had maybe every other day and only 1/4 - 1/2 of a cup)
189.2 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1433 kcal Fat: 100.55g | Prot: 91.38g | Carb: 40.41g.   Breakfast: Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Kroger Jumbo Eggs, Oscar Mayer Traditional Bacon. Lunch: Jell-O Sugar Free Black Cherry, Albertsons Heavy Whipping Cream, Avocados, Daisy Sour Cream, Cooked Red Peppers, George's George's Southwestern Chili Con Carne. Dinner: Oscar Mayer Traditional Bacon, Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Cooked Chinese Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Campbell's Chicken Broth, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Cream Cheese, Celery. more...
