The first day on my Herbalife diet and I took all my supplements, I have never been able to take a multivitamin without stuffing myself full of food because they would always make me sick, these did not make me feel that way, I took them with my shakes and was not sick, very impressive! I was full with the shakes, however I did make sure I drank plenty of water and ate my snacks in between so that my body did not have time to get hungry! Go Herbalife!
