My little great granddaughter asked her auntie, Cici, why grammy had so many flower pots full of weeds. I think herb and tomato plants are beautiful. LOL!!! I'm not sure why everyone else thinks I grow weeds!

Isn't it funny? When I lived in Manassas, VA, I had the most beautiful herb and rose garden in front. I was reported to my landlord by the homeowner's association because I had a yard full of weeds. I lived in a ghetto. Most of the other yards were filled with dirt, trash cans and bicycle tires. LOL!

lol oh people are so dumb sometimes. My aunt was reported because she had a plant that the neighbors thought was pot... turns out that it was an Ivy - which looks nothing like the hemp plant. Also "I don't have any . . . and when you're 67, that's a VERY good thing." - when I got my last tattoo done there was a lady who was 75 getting her first tattoo, I asked her if she would adopt me lol

Well, the problem with me is, about 5 years ago, my skin went from totally firm to crepe in a matter of months, and with me losing a lot of weight on top of it, any tattoo I had would look a little like a Salvador Dali painting. LMAO!!!

Yes they are, my dad plays the Appalachian Dulcimer, the banjo, the fiddle, the mandolin, the piano, and the guitar. He is from North Carolina.

I HAVE a beautiful, handmade, cherry Appalachian dulcimer. I just never really learned to play it, except in drone mode. I would love to meet your dad! He sounds amazing.

Jo, his is handmade also...it hangs on the wall, as it is a beuatiful work of art as well. He had a taterbug mandolin that we got him one year that is gorgeous. He is amazing, even at 83.
