Been a few days that I have not logged due to stuff going on. And, I will say this ... LOGGING IS IMPORTANT to successful weight loss. I have not been eating anything crazy, but, certainly have been overeating fats and stuff.
Well, I am recomitting to my logging :). Before, I sabotage myself. Also, I am considering transitioning fron LCHF to the Dash Diet!
I will keep researching, but, I think the body needs the change. We'll see.
