So I was being good about my ab challenge until yesterday. Honestly, my new work hours have been a drain, and I just wasn't up for the exercises that morning. I want to start again next week, once I know how to budget my time better. I also never started the diet shakes. Gotta get on that.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Check out my previous journal entry. I might start again soon. It's easier to do it at the gym (I find I'm more motivated), but it was totally doable at home.
