New month... time to start new with a new me. Started the south beach diet today. I love to eat any kind of bread and love to drink with friends so this is going to be hard. I really like fruit but I will wait till phase two to incorperate it back into my diet. My girlfriend lost 56 pounds with the south beach diet over a year without exercise, I know that i can do it in less time with exercise. Wish me luck world

1213 kcal Fat: 73.28g | Prot: 94.46g | Carb: 41.75g.   Breakfast: cucumber, Almonds, tomato, deli counter, cheese, primo taglio. Lunch: chicken, salad, Fajita Seasoning Mix. Dinner: Mixed Veggies, Hummus, Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other: water, balsamic, salad, sea salt, Reduced Fat American Cheese, crystal light pink lemonade, peanuts, extra virgin olive oil, laughing cow cheese. more...
