I am pleased 20+ pounds in 2 months! Learned a valuable lesson about the Ketogenic diet.. I ate the carbs with my thanksgiving dinner and it took a week to get back to full fat burn mode. Don't plan to do that again it is not worth it. I don't crave carbs so I won't eat them just because it's a holiday.

Good for you! I love my carbs, so i find a way to lose with some. I workout a lot, so I need the good carbs (low glycemic) in my diet. But its great you found what works for you.
