I just weighed myself the first time since mid october. Eversince I walked the Camino de Santiago, a Pilgrimage, from south France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, 800km with a backpack of 10kg in 32days. On the way I gained weight because I ate lots of chocolate, nuts etc I suppose, I didn't care about any calories at all. But also I probably gained muscles, since I don't look any bigger (perhaps a little).
I don't care about that I gained weight. It was a unique experience and the way I look was the last that I cared about on that pilgrimage.
How ever, now I will be back on track, with very trained legs, so it won't be hard to go running anymore, I think.
