Day 7 off of candy and chocolate. I don't necessarily crave them as much now as before. When I am hungry I still eat snacks but not snacks filled with sugar. I do eat granola bars (which do have sugar, for sure but i am avoiding the chocolate kind because those would trigger my sugar binge).
My goal is to do this until the 15th so we'll see if that happens. I think it will, I don't see why not. On the 15th, I will re-evalute.
I did have 3 or 4 pieces of candy corn because a co-worker offered me some with peanuts and I couldn't turn it down without being rude.
