I'm still alternating between 170 and 174, rarely going over, but never going under. What's up with that? I've totally abandoned my diet because it seems pointless. I've gone back to the way I like to eat and I'm comfortable eating because it doesn't seem to make a difference either way. Energy level is the same, weight is the same, digestive system is the same....the only difference is I have quit forcing myself to eat all the time. I eat once or maybe twice during the day, usually in the afternoon, and am hanging at about 800-900 calories per day. Oh well, I guess I'm going to be considered morbidly obese forever. I wish to God that SOMEONE would figure out that not all fat people eat too much and what to do about it. There has to be some other metabolic problem going on. Do you suppose if I signed up for gastric bypass and managed not to lose a single pound someone would take me seriously?
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
