Feeling really thin today!! YEA!! Measured down another 2 1/2" over all so that is GREAT! Been doing my Ab Circle and can start to see a difference in my waist and belly area...YEA!!

Looking forward to lunch at Red Lobster - I don't cook fish at home so it is always a treat to eat there.

That is great! I've always wanted to try the Ab Circle but couldn't bring myself to spend the money.
