I am so happy to see a decrease again. Last week was the first week I had a gain. It was only .2 lbs but still. It left me feeling pretty down. This week I feel refreshed and energized which is awesome. Down 22 lbs. and loving it.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
