Down another pound! WooHoo! That's 8lbs this week! Already seeing and feeling a difference! :)
180.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job, it's great to see results on the scale and in how you look and feel.

The first 6lbs were lost in one day and I'm certain it was water weight. :) I'm just cutting back on calories and staying away from soda.
