I have been upset about my weight (81.7kg) for 14 weeks and it remains unchanged! Have tried low carb diets and all sorts but no weight has shifted since the 27th of August! I know why, I have not been exercising and have eaten a huge amount of sweet stuff. For one month I need to stay off the sweets (will allow myself 2 squares of chocolate/day if needed, otherwise will obsess and binge) and the butter. So, until the 4th of Jan! Please do this as so fed up of being obese and having nothing to wear (to say nothing of the health effects)
