Gained some weight during Thanksgiving and have been sidelined from running due to knee. will slowly reduce calories rom 2200 to 2000 over next couple of weeks
205.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
