I hear you about the lying to FS as I did it too. We're here for you and not one of us have any reason to judge so please don't do it to yourself either.Together we are going to find that 'thing' again, aren't we. Maybe you should start another 'love yourself' challenge so we can get back that component and stop punishing ourselves with food...please, pretty please?

You're one of the strong ones here on FS...partly because of your honesty. You still inspire me.

Remember Yolanda - it is just a number. It is a symptom of what you have been going through emotionally and physically. Don't get discouraged or feel ashamed. You are back on track and fully accountable. That is what it will take to defeat the scale monster and its causes. We are all here to support you as you have supported us so many times.

I'm in the same boat as well with a good sized gain over the holidays. The past is a done deal, what's important is to get back on track and start taking it back off. At least what goes on quickly comes off relatively quickly if we work at it. Just think how good it'll feel to weigh "X" amount less in a few days.

You have nothing to be ashamed about! The number on the scale has nothing to do with our identities or self-worth. It took a lot of courage and strength to post, even though you didn't want to. Bravo :)

Just look at where you started and know that you have accomplished a lot from where you started. I have lost the same pounds so many times I have lost count ;)
